Site Assessments according to ASTM E-1527-00 for commercial/urban
properties and ASTM E-2247-02 for forestland/rural properties.
If you have a site that requires a broader investigation than
the ASTM standard, we can also add supplementary conditions
to the report such as: lead-based paint or asbestos sampling;
wetland identification; identification of historical, cultural
or natural resources; health/safety issues, etc.
Also,
if you feel a site does not warrant a full ASTM Phase I, we
can provide you with a Transaction Screen that meets the guidelines
of ASTM E-1528-00.
