Moore
Construction is a certified licensee for Sprayroq’s
SprayWall®, a cured-in-place process
designed to repair and prevent deterioration of manholes and
other related structures. SprayWall is a uniquely formulated,
two part, urethane that is applied by state-of-the-art plural
component spray equipment designed to deliver the highest
quality lining to structures having various shapes and configurations.
It is trenchless and requires no excavation. Pre-installation
preparation is minimal, usually requiring only pressure washing
and temporary stopping of leaks.
SprayWall’s
unique urethane formula begins to cure in eight seconds. A
typical manhole is completed within an hour, minimizing downtime
and disruption of traffic. As soon as the process is complete
the manhole can be returned to service so costly by-pass pumping
is seldom required. The result is a rigid, durable, monolithic,
corrosion-resistant, “manhole-with-in-a-manhole”
that is structurally designed to withstand hydrostatic pressure
from groundwater. Spraywall is not a coating, but rather a
thick, solid stand-stand alone structure that can stand up
to pressure of ground water, stopping infiltration even if
the concrete behind it crumbles away. SprayWall provides the
best protection against the corrosive effects of hydrogen
sulfide and other hazardous chemicals such a sulfuric acid.
With a
design life in excess of 50 years SprayWall is the best long
term solution on the market. SprayWall has been used with
great success in pipelines, wet wells, catch basins and many
other industrial applications. |
