Moore Construction Company,
Inc.’s underground utility division has a reputation
for being able to complete the most difficult and unique projects.
Moore Construction has installed over 10 million linear feet
of pipe. We have numerous pieces of specialty equipment, including
large rock trenchers, large dewatering and bypass pumps, rock
drills, and specially designed trench boxes.
Our projects
include sanitary and storm collection sewers, water distribution
systems, pump stations, treatment plants and pressure sewer
systems. Our installations have varied with sizes ranging
from 2-inch galvanized pipe replacements to 96-inch process
systems, with conditions of projects including stream, river
and lake crossings, dirt, chirt rock, and solid rock excavation
and tunneling. The materials our crews use include restrained
joint, ball and socket, ductile iron, pre-stressed concrete,
PVC (smooth wall and corrugated) high density polyethylene,
steel, clay, and corrugated metal pipe. Moore maintains management
and installation teams capable of controlling and installing
millions of dollars of work simultaneously while coordinating
efforts with top quality subcontractors.
We have completed numerous time sensitive and emergency projects.
